Master chef Rene Brienen (Holland) will prepare again delicious asparagus dishes at the Hostellerie am Schwarzsee on Friday, April 19, 2024.
Combine the asparagus season withg the best asparagus chef of the Benelux and Swiss quality wines from our partner Badoux Vins from Aigle!
2 nights in a room "Panorama Suite", dinner on Friday and Big Green Egg on Saturday for CHF 600.00/Pers.

Would you like to take a seat at a beautifully table on a Sunday or bank holiday morning? Be our guest and take avantage of our extravagant buffet which includes warm and cold dishes!

- Various warm delicacies like bacon, scrambled eggs, stuffed croquettes or seasonal vegetables
