With the Simon & Josef cleaning system, our guests can decide how often their room is cleaned, a small gesture with a big impact.
Food & Beverage
Our kitchen works with carefully selected, seasonal products from the region and Switzerland. With precise planning, adapted portion sizes, and conscious production, we reduce food waste and ensure fresh, high-quality meals.
Operations & Guest Services
We prefer reusable materials and offer glass carafes as an alternative to PET. Electric vehicle charging stations are available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We continuously explore new ways to make environmentally conscious travel easier and more enjoyable.
